Slow Cooker weeknight pasta
- 5-6 Italian sausages (hot, mild or both) cut into 1-2inch pieces
- 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 4oz can of tomato paste
- 1 cup of red wine of your choice
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of pepper
- 2 tsp of Italian seasoning
- Mix all ingredients in slow cooker
- cook 4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low
- Serve with cooked pasta of your choice.
